Bruno's BBQ catering service is an extension of our award winning restaurant located in Scotts Valley, CA. Since our inception in 1997, we have created a wide variety of events, from golf tournaments and weddings (formal and informal) to backyard BBQ and fundraisers. We do not limit ourselves and will accommodate any size group or event. Our clientele has consisted of local and not so local individuals, businesses, charity groups, The University of California at Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley Police Department, Santa Cruz County Sherriff's Department, Carmel Mission, and local schools in Scotts Valley and San Lorenzo Valley just to name a few. In the last few years we have continued to grow our catering division to include all kinds of food, not just BBQ. We have done food service that includes Salmon, Cornish Game Hens, Prime Rib, Mexican Food, Japanese Food, just about anything you can think of, we have done it! We now also offer event planning! Let us do the work so you can enjoy your special day. We offer three types of service. You can pick up your order, we can deliver your order, or we would be happy to come to your event and cook on site, whichever you prefer. The pricing is accordingly. For on site service the is normally a 50 person minimum, however we can do this for smaller groups for a surcharge. Bruno's generally does not provide beverages, however we can do this upon request. Typically, we supply plastic ware (heavy duty black), napkins, wet naps, and Andes mints. If you are interested in some other type of dinnerware please let us know. Bruno's does not do a set menu and pricing. We work with you one on one to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the menu and pricing. In this way we can customize your food and service to fit your particular wants and needs. Everything is negotiable and nothing is set in stone. Once we finalize the event, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date. Thirty days prior to the event another 25% of the remainder of the balance is due, and the final payment is due anytime prior to the event. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and United States currency, no foreign currency is accepted at this time.
